Effective recruitment tools. We have the freedom in choosing the necessary resources
๐ Your professional qualities:
Over 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment overall, with at least 2 years specifically in GameDev
Demonstrated strength as a Networker with an extensive network in GameDev community
Proficient in collaborating effectively with Hiring Managers, recognizing that the speed and quality of outcomes rely on collaborative efforts
Adept at direct sourcing, capable of proposing over 10 additional avenues for exploration when prompted. Possesses the ability to formulate sourcing strategies, independently source, and stay updated on emerging trends
Skilled in utilizing various interview techniques to uncover candidate potential and ensure a seamless candidate journey
Capable of assessing candidates based on competencies, identifying risks, and determining team compatibility
Exceptional negotiation skills, adept at representing both product and team effectively
At least Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency
