Effective recruitment tools. We have the freedom in choosing the necessary resources

👉 Your professional qualities:

• Over 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment overall, with at least 2 years specifically in GameDev

• Demonstrated strength as a Networker with an extensive network in GameDev community

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with Hiring Managers, recognizing that the speed and quality of outcomes rely on collaborative efforts

• Adept at direct sourcing, capable of proposing over 10 additional avenues for exploration when prompted. Possesses the ability to formulate sourcing strategies, independently source, and stay updated on emerging trends

• Skilled in utilizing various interview techniques to uncover candidate potential and ensure a seamless candidate journey

• Capable of assessing candidates based on competencies, identifying risks, and determining team compatibility

• Exceptional negotiation skills, adept at representing both product and team effectively

• At least Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency
