For which tasks (responsibilities)?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Sourcing Manager to lead our Human Resources department.

Main Responsibilities

• Diversity Talent Sourcing: Lead initiatives to identify and engage diverse talent across multiple sourcing channels, ensuring our hiring practices are inclusive and equitable.

• Talent Research Oversight: Supervise comprehensive competitor mapping, market segmentation analysis, and demographic reporting to enhance our hiring strategies as talent advisors.

• Lead Generation: Generate leads for managing inbound application volumes and employee referral evaluations.

• Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Guide the development of sourcing strategies using niche job boards, professional networking sites, and search engines to identify both active and passive candidates.

• Data Management and Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of data quality through regular audits, maintenance, and cleanup of our talent systems.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 5-10 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent research

• Proven track record in diversity talent sourcing and building inclusive talent pipelines in game development or adjacent industries

• Expertise in conducting searches and proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other relevant technical talent research tools

• Strong research and sourcing skills with a creative approach to tackling challenging hiring requirements

• A commitment to continuous improvement and a genuine curiosity for learning, with the ability to understand diverse perspectives

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian

• Nice to have: developed candidate base
