Highcore Games is a small Gamedev team that creates world-class games together. The company has two divisions: hyper-casual and mid-core. Each has its own hit games with 221 m players in total:

We are working on a new project in the genre of idler and are looking for an independent Game Designer-contractor who writes excellent documentation, is able to implement the tasks set and promptly clarifies any questions for making a decision on the game. This specialist will have the opportunity to work with a strong team while maintaining flexibility and autonomy.
The global mission of the Game Designer will be writing writing and further maintenance of features.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Documentation management and maintenance of features

• Filling in the balance sheet and comments

• Building communication between the team and the lead game designer to make the best decisions

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience working in a similar position on a real project

• The ability to make clear and understandable documentation, use digital tools

• Experience working with balance

• Documentation examples is mandatory

• Competent Russian speech, the ability to express your thoughts clearly

• Experience with the idler genre will be a plus
