Backend Programmer UE5/C++ (Network Programmer)

Due to team expansion, we invite you to join our team as a Senior Backend Programmer with at least three years of experience in GameDev.

We are creating a third-person multiplayer PvP shooter for PC and consoles, set in a sci-fi environment, focusing on esports. The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5. We aim to create an AAA-level product capable of bringing innovation to the gaming industry.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Setting up the interaction between the server/launcher and the game.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a game development studio in a similar role.

• Deep knowledge of C++.

• Proficiency in Linux (user level and above).

• Networking experience (TCP/UDP, web-sockets).

• Experience with queue systems (RabbitMQ/SQS/Kafka, primarily nats).

• Unreal Engine experience (networking, multiplayer).

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (k8s).

• Familiarity with OAuth and JWT.

• Bonus: Experience in FTP PvP shooters.
