WELOVEPLAYERS.COM — a team of professional Community Managers, who like games and their players. Now, we are looking for a Junior Community Manager, who would like to learn and get new experience in the gaming industry. You are going to be responsible for a special game project, which will be set only for you.

The company has been founded in 2021 by Vlad Korobov — the Community manager of many popular projects, known around the world, i.e. Dying Light 2 Stay Human, Remnant: From The Ashes, Dying Light - Hellraid, Hellcase.com, and PlayGround.ru.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Please, check the list of responsibilities you are going to do. If you don't feel that you are able to do everything from the beginning, now worries. Your manager will teach you!

  • Thinking of content ideas for all product and corporate social media channels.

  • Providing the summarised content ideas list to a Creative Director for approval.

  • Creating well detailed tasks for an asset team to receive assets for approved content ideas.

  • Tracking asset tasks completion day-by-day.

  • Preparing a fix list for assets, when it is necessary to reach the highest quality.

  • Approving assets with a Creative Director.

  • Constantly keep the social media schedule up-to-date.

  • Thinking of copies for posts in a social media schedule.

  • Scheduling posts on social media channels, when copies and assets are done.

  • Summarising all product and corporate channels statistics data in one place to make a weekly/monthly analytics report.

  • Gathering community sentiment on a daily basis.

  • Managing a list of blocked followers.

  • Monitoring media to find news about a client company and its products every day.

  • Managing moderators.

  • Setting community management documents in an easy-to-read way to smooth workflow.

  • Keeping conversation with community on social networks day-by-day.

  • Reporting bugs and other issues to necessary departments.

  • Preparing a daily work schedule.

  • Working on social media strategy for all product and corporate social media channels.

  • Translating copies for social media content from English to Russian and vice versa.

  • Joining offline and online meetings and events by any request.

  • Broadcast streams and livestreams on any requested online platform by any request.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Up to 3 years of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry;

  • Work experience on a project that achieved a global release;

  • Ability to work with an Asset department and schedule tasks for them;

  • Knowledge of working in Slack, Basecamp, Trello, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Streamlabs OBS;

  • English — Intermediate or higher.
